Clearing Rolls LFP Connect Application Cache and Data:

Bluetooth can only connect to one device at a time. If the battery is still connected to a previous phone or tablet, or if that device was not properly disconnected before attempting to connect a new device, connection attempts may be very slow or may fail altogether.

To ensure reliable connections when using multiple devices, scroll to the bottom of the Battery Summary screen and select "Forget Battery" before connecting with a different phone or tablet.

Here is where to find this:

Go to the summary screen, scroll down, and press Forget Battery.

For iOS devices, Bluetooth data transfer tends to be slower. To maintain good performance, you may need to periodically clear the application's cache.
Android devices generally perform a bit faster. However, if there have been numerous connection and disconnection events without using the Disconnect button within the application, data transfer performance can become sluggish. In these cases, clearing the cache or reconnecting to the battery may be necessary.

To do this, go to the Settings screen of the application and scroll to the bottom until you see “Clear Data”.

After clearing the application's data, we recommend restarting the device or the application.  This will help clear up any lingering Bluetooth connection issues and provide the best chance for a successful connection.

Uninstalling and reinstalling very rarely fixes communication issues and does not clear the cache, which can be corrupted by repeated uninstalls or failed connection attempts.
