Severely Imbalanced Batteries (Internal Imbalance)

Variable, low current power supplies are inexpensive and available:

DC Power Supply

Steps:

1. Verify cell voltages using internal app, record these and any errors if still present.
2. Hook up to DC variable voltage and apply very low charge voltage 3.3VPC (13.2V)
3. Come back in 10 mins to see result. 

    a) check DC current with clamp meter or other more granular device. 

    or 

    b) check app to see if BMS is balancing
4. Based on results, increase voltage to 3.4VPC (13.6V)
5. Leave for 1-2 hr, see result; 

    a) check DC current with clamp meter or other more granular device

    or 

    b) check app to see if BMS is balancing
6. Based on results, increase voltage to 3.5VPC (14.0V)
7. Leave forever, see result;

    a) check DC current with clamp meter or other more granular device

    or 

    b) check app to see if BMS is balancing
